This week I have to say is my "life turning week"
1. I became another year older
2. My journey to ultimate organisation has begun &...
3. My life suddenly got more interesting and exciting so I actually have more things to blog about!
All that being said, I was lucky enough to be invited to the Central School of Makeup in Birmingham this Saturday.
I was the "blogger" model for the day where I was basically pampered for 7 hours! I met the extremely talented Creative Director Laura Hannon who is an absolute lovely person. A growingly good friend of mine Kirsty Lo was my makeup artist for the day and created two makeup looks on me. She started with a simple cute day eye makeup look, then created a sexy evening look after. (which I kept on as I went out for a meal later that evening)
The central school of makeup , is an internationally accredited makeup school where you can get an IMA qualification! It is well known as one of the best makeup schools in the city! It's located in the Birmingham Custard Factory , which is also a place known for showcasing budding creatives of all kinds. The Studio is amazing and filled with my fav things!!! (makeup)
It was like waking into makeup heaven with every lipstick, eyeshadow and foundation you can think of! I absolutely got camera happy and took a bajillion photos lol
During lunch time we went to a cute little cafe in the Custard Factory called YUM. I went for a "yummy" cajun chicken melt , then a caramel Shortcake for dessert.
At the end of the day I was able to witness Laura in Action!
Laura created a fun, flirty, bold and bright makeup look on Kirsty that definitely matched Kirstys glamourous nature.
Overall I had a brilliant time and I look forward to going to any future events involving the company!
